The For-Three Sports Camp 2011

 

 Open to youth age 9-14 (grouped by age)

August 1st – August 19th (weekdays/3 weeks)
9:00 am – 4:00 pm

 The For-Three Summer Camp aims to be fun, give youth the opportunity to improve in a particular skill, improve self confidence in youth and have an active, positive and memorable summer. The camp will be staffed by qualified  people who have excelled in the sport they are teaching and have shown excellent leadership abilities. The Camp Director is Kris Reid. All staff and drivers will undergo and Child Abuse Registry Check and Criminal Record Check.

 

 

The activities offered at the For-Three Summer Camp are:

 

Basketball, baseball, golf, disc golf, badminton, washer toss, tennis skills, guitar lessons, bowling, fitness and conditioning, nature, bike trips, movies, trips to Joggins and other Cumberland County attractions,  the beach, local golf courses, Arts and Crafts and several other activities. Transportation is provided for all camp activities during the day by experienced local shuttle services.

  

Cost is $110 per week or $300 for all three weeks 

Transportation to and from camp will be offered from Amherst and Springhill and  River Hebert each day for $4 per person per day; picked up and dropped off at your door each day by experienced drivers of local shuttle bus services. For those who choose our Shuttle Service …will pick up campers at the Little league Field if the camper chooses to play Little League Baseball as well.

   

PAY ONLY 25% OF THE ADMISSION COST PER EXTRA SIBLING 

 

By The Bore Recreation Park will be the headquarters for the camp. Other locations that will be used include the Court and Baseball field in Maccan, Lions Tennis Court and Baseball Field in Amherst, Robbs Sports Complex, YMCA, Bacons and Springhill Golf Courses, King Pin Bowling and more.

 

 

 Campers who do not choose our transportation option to get back and forth to camp need to be picked up dropped off at thier first and last activity.(as per their schedule). Most days will start and end at By The Bore   

  You will recieve your schedule for the upcoming week before you come to camp and on each Friday before the following week.

 

 

Campers are required to bring a lunch.

 

 

 

 

 

 

THERE WILL ALSO BE A TWO WEEK CAMP FOR YOUNGER KIDS AT BY THE BORE

 

Boys and Girls AGE 6-8 

JULY 11-15 and 18-22nd (weekdays)

10:00 am-1:00pm 

 COST IS $130 FOR TWO WEEKS.

 

 

Registration deadline for either camp is one week before when you plan to attend.

 

 

You will recieve an information sheet in the mail, by email or delivered (indicate on registration form) shortly after you register. This will be your confirmation that your registration has been recieved.

 

The For-Three Summer Camp has the appopriate insurance.

 

 

 Your options for payments is cheque or cash. Cheques can be post dated and be sent in installments.(Do Not Mail Cash)
